Spiritual Communication

Inner Guidance System

Before coming to planet earth, we not only had a plan, and chose our parents and our team of spiritual helpers to back us in this venture, but we also came fully prepared to communicate in the way best suited for our success. Pre-incarnation, we chose the nature and priority of our means of communication along with our team of helpers. There are four basic means of communication — or spiritual gifts — and every person has all four.

  1. Intuition – Clairaudience
  2. Prophecy – Trance
  3. Vision – Clairavoyance
  4. Feeling – Psychometry

Only the order in which they are expressed differs from one person to another. This sequencing and the degree to which we unfold and use these avenues of communication, combined with our level of self-understanding make us unique. Each gift manifests its own distinctive characteristics and tendencies. If we want to be more successful in our ventures and unfold our true selves, it is important to know and take a look at these characteristics, and to become more conscious of associated tendencies that may throw us off balance. We need to be aware of our ways of perceiving life so we can strengthen our communication and stay more relaxed in all our situations.

Communicating Energy

Your Aura, also called your energy field, communicates through feelings, not words. If you give someone a false compliment that you do not feel is really true, others usually notice the lack of sincerity in what you are saying. Society calls this hypocrisy.

Are you being influenced by how other people in your environment feel?

A person picks up feelings from others automatically, but sometimes their conscious mind is not aware of it.

You can discern for yourself what stimulates your energy and begin this process by bringing awareness to these areas.

  1. You react to different thought patterns that come near you — both positively and negatively.
  2. If you are bombarded with loud music constantly, for instance, your feelings begin to feel as if they are under attack. They go on the defensive. After a while, you begin to think that defensiveness is your real self.
  3. As you relax, you experience more inflow and outflow. You will feel this in different parts of your body. If does not mean that these areas have more energy. It means that the energy is moving more quickly so you feel more energetic.

Your energy is your boundary no matter where you are. If you pick up an emotion of anger and do not release it immediately, you must want that thought at some level. You are letting people get to your emotions and control you, so you must be getting something out of it. You are the only one who can put pressure on yourself to change. If you are personally committed to leading your own life and staying relaxed, you can control your energy. Change does not happen overnight. Until your personality is completely reprogrammed, your fears can still be stimulated no matter what your intellect says. If you recognize what is happening, you can stop the negative feelings and replace them with positive thoughts.

True Feelings or Emotions

A fine line.

Your true feelings are the part of you that feels good at all times. This is the part of you that is one with all things. Your emotions by contrast are part of your intellect. They are what you have been programmed to feel. Some examples of emotions are anger, fear, jealousy, resentment, and guilt. Sometimes there is a fine line between emotions and feeling. This is the case with emotional love, which tends to be possessive and controlling, and true love, which is respecting every person as a soul and allowing each to grow in his own way. Likewise, worry is fearing that something bad is going to happen, as opposed to concern, which is making sure that everything is taken care of. Emotions drain your energy and divert you from reaching your goals. The basic difference between emotion and true feeling is that emotion is stagnant and stressful but true feeling is always positive, constructive and growing.

The Simplicity of Communication

Back to basics.

It is important to discern how you feel because that is what you are communicating to others.  If you are confused about what you are feeling while you are communicating, others are likely to feel confused as a result.  Sometimes it helps to verbalize what you are feeling to increase clear communicating and avoid feelings of frustration.

The dictionary defines communication as the act of transmitting, giving or exchanging information.

Your physical body is a channel through which you, as a soul, can communicate and interact with other souls. You can have more meaningful and fulfilling relationships with others, soul to soul, as you expand your desire to communicate effectively. You communicate with your beingness. Everything that you think and feel is communicated to others either verbally or non-verbally. Communicating with yourself is the first step toward communicating clearly with others.



 

Each of us is communicating energetically in every moment.  There are 4 means of receiving these types of communication – Intuition, Prophecy, Vision, and Feeling.
