With a grounded and gentle approach, Sondra will playfully support you to tap into your natural intuitions and align with your super-powers so you can feel a sense of trust and flow in your life. Sondra has a keen ability to “hear” into the heart of a matter with ease, and will guide you to move past limitations you are experiencing so you can stand in the integrity of who you truly are – completely connected and whole. Inspiration, joy and fulfillment comes when you allow yourself to shine, to contribute your innate genius to the world, and Sondra helps you do just that.
Sondra’s past experience in the corporate and non-profit world helps her keep things simple and practical. Originally from Iowa, Sondra now lives with her husband and two daughters in Connecticut. She loves to sing, dance, travel and experience new cultures, hike and scramble to incredible vistas, and thoroughly enjoys the labor of love of an inspired chef.
