Paul Mischefski

Paul has been involved with Wayshowers College Spiritual programs for over 40 years, first exploring his own personal Spiritual journey while working as a senior news journalist in New Zealand.
The coastal area he grew up around had a strong tradition of Maori Spirituality and Eldership - something he was always in touch with.
Following a path as a professional consultant and facilitator with the college, Paul travelled to Puerto Rico in 1985 to study directly with Dr Francisco Coll (founder of what was then the Americana Leadership College) and spent several years working with Dr Coll at leadership centres and offices in Washington DC, Pennsylvania, Iowa and Ottawa, Canada.
Roles such as managing a conference centre and the college's media corporation taught him the effectiveness of combining spiritual insight with practical application, organisational systems and high standards of service and leadership.
Paul has conducted lecture tours, media speaking engagements, seminars and team building at national and regional levels in Canada, North America, New Zealand and Australia.
His greatest fulfilment comes in working with people and helping them discover their own Spiritual potential, life's purpose and self-leadership, in a way that is fun and inspiring.
He is an advocate of making Spirituality practical and useful, while enjoying a life of balance and fulfilment in the areas of Personal, Business and Social.
He is an accomplished archer, sailor and photographer.
